This video consists of the basics within the Polynomials & Rational Functions:
Polynomial:"A polynomial is an expression of one variable of the form a n x n + a n-1 x n-1 +... + a 2 x 2 + a 1 x + a 0 , where a n, a n-1,…, a 1, a 0 are real numbers, n is a positive integer, and a n≠ 0"
-- n is the degree of the polynomial, the x value are what is known as it's roots, there will be no x term if the constant is a "0". |

Parabolas:
A U-shaped reflection across a Y or X axis on a graph that represents a function.
Hyperbola:
This is unlike a U-shape instead it is a open curve on a graph with no apparent parallel axis.
Ellipses:
A oval shape that can have a center at (0,0) or anywhere else on the graph. It can turn out a vertical or a horizontal oval.
